Hi guys, I came here to share something that changed my life. Day by day, our mind maturity level increases. Change in every day is constant. But there will be one day, which can make our life upside down. I am talking about the same day. My name is Janardhan. I am well educated, settled with my family. I am having a daughter named Rukmini. Obviously being a husband and a father, I faced so many problems and overcame the same. In every situation, I changed it. But for the first time, it changed me. I am an ordinary father and want to give my daughter to a well-settled man. These days, it has become quite common for daughters to introduce their boyfriends to their fathers placing a marriage proposal. The same repeated in my case too. She returned to the house after her completion of studies with her boyfriend that day.
At the very first moment, I got angry but later I started talking to that 5.9 feet tall, well-looking, stylish, well-mannered guy. The first question I asked is not his name, not his parents’ name. If I asked him those questions in the very first moment, maybe the situation is different. I asked him how much he earns per month. He replied 4Lakhs per month. I was shocked and laughed for a while, for a better selection of my daughter. I ordered my wife to bring a cup of coffee for him. She brought it and he started drinking it. Of course, me too. I asked what job he doing. He replied that he is running Iskcon temple on his own. I wasn’t on the floor. I rolled into plenty of expectations in a second. And ordered my daughter to show the whole house to that guy by naming him “Alludu” (son-in-law). They came to me again after it. I asked “what’s your name” with a lot of shyness. I knew it’s not right to ask after that much happened. But still, I have to ask. He replied his name is “Krishna”. I added, “what’s his parent’s name?”. He questioned me whether I want his Than parent’s name or Foster parent’s name. I was shocked for a while and replied to him “tell me both”. He told that his Than parent’s name is Devaki and Vasudeva; his foster parent’s name is Yashoda and Nanda. I was shocked again. I convinced myself that it may be just a coincidence. I asked his caste name with a very slow pitch. He replied “Yadava”. I was shocked again. I asked him whether his brother’s name is Balarama or not. He replied, “how do you know?”. I understood I didn’t welcome a son-in-law but a mental hospital patient. I made him stand and asked “so, you are saying that you are Lord Krishna”. He replied “yes”. It’s my first time going through a situation like this. I came back from shock and asked whether there are any flowers in my ears or he wants to put it. He said “no mamaji”. Maybe just before 5 mins., that word “mamaji” may bring a smile to my face. But now, it made me disgusted. I am Lord Krishna devotee. But I am not ready to accept that this guy is Lord Krishna. How can I accept it? If you were in my position, would you accept him? He asked me “mamaji, what’s your problem? Are you having any problem with lord Krishna or in accepting me as lord Krishna?” I replied, “how can you say that you are lord Krishna?”. He questioned, “why are you praying to Lord Krishna?”. I replied, “he is god”. He asked again “why are you considering him as a god?”. I replied “he always supported dharma and justice. He removed all the bad in the world with Kurukshetra. He killed many evils and bad one’s like Kamsa, Narakaasura and Sishupaala etc. He was a great magician. He is infinite to explain”. He said “exactly, but many people like Mahatma Gandhi, Bhagat Singh etc. also supported dharma and justice. Mahatma always used to say the truth that even Krishna didn’t. Bhagat sacrificed his life for the sake of the country, dharma, justice, etc. which Krishna also didn’t. So many leaders had gone across many wars to establish dharma, justice. Why don’t we call them Lord Krishna? Alluri like leaders also killed so many bad ones with a strong movement. Why don’t we call him Lord Krishna? Can we call the World’s top magician David Blaine as Lord Krishna for his magic? Can we call India’s top magician Ganapathi Chakraborty as Lord Krishna? Do we call Krishna as Lord for doing magic? The main point behind Krishna that we are not understanding is every human being in the world is lord, Krishna. The mischievous behavior of lord Krishna and every child explains to us that every child is lord Krishna. Krishna tried very hard for justice and dharma. And many others too did and died even. All they will surely be called as lord Krishna. Every moment in Lord Krishna’s life is an example of what we have to do and what we shouldn’t do. Lord Krishna is an inspiration for all other humans. The one who is following the path of Krishna is also a Krishna but not the one who is blindly praying to him with dhoop sticks and deepas. The human being who is leading his life for society, justice, dharma is also to be named as Krishna. Each and every individual is Infinite to explain too. If you are having any problem with making lord Krishna as your son-in-law, then I have a question for you. Why are you having a problem with lord Krishna for making him as son-in-law when there is no issue in praying to him?”. I was shocked by his maturity. Initially, I didn’t understand what he was saying as I was angry. But later he made me realize that every human is Lord Krishna. And I agreed with him and was ready to give my daughter to him. Then, I asked about his family. He replied that he is an orphan. So, he took Krishna’s parent’s identity as his parent’s identity. In conclusion, I understood that he is not just following Lord Krishna, in fact, he is also facing the same difficulties, consequences, etc. which Lord Krishna faced. Later, I understood that it’s not easy for everyone to become a Krishna. But being a Krishna can make you better. That day changed me. Yes, I welcomed a new age, Krishna, into my life. Praying Krishna may not be useful but being Krishna makes you successful.
My main intention here is to explain that our gods, spiritual books are for inspiration only. They explain to us how to lead a good life. That’s it. No spiritual book, No lord asked to pray for them. Do praise them. If possible, follow those gods and spiritual books but don’t pray by believing unnecessary myths. Be a god by the following god instead of being a priest by praying god. Wherever there is dharma, there is Krishna and success. Just be Krishna.
